Our servers for mobile and web solutions are Secure! We use several levels of Data Security. SSL Certificates are provided by Comodo. Comodo’s root certificates are embedded in all major browsers and devices and are trusted by 99.9% of the Internet population. Frequent backups allow for data to be kept with a high level of confidence. Finally, we use Sitelock as our level of defense and watchdog. Sitelock website security services help keep your site safe from harmful malware or hackers.

Customer Data Control
With Trackfast Dispatch Systems (TDS), Customers are given control of their data! Customers are able to self dispatch (with approval from Dispatcher). Customer Self Dispatch - (CSD), allows your customers to enter their own dispatches, based on their needs and requirements and dates. Dispatching Administrators will moderate the CSD to accept or edit the loads. Customers also have control of their own records. They can view active and finalized loads to review their data.

Driver Accountibility
Drivers now have a set of tools to go with their skill set. With Trackfast Dispatch Systems, Drivers have control over their Bill of Ladings. Full digital BOL's minimize mistakes and allows for signatures of both driver and customer, added security and accountibility. Drivers have a map function which allows GPS mapping and routes to the destination. Print copy attachment of BOL allows driver to be backed up with images. No more stopping to fax or send BOL back to customer or dispatch, It is completed electronically by clicking the send button. Drivers have the ability (with approval of administrator), to create their own loads and moderate multiple loads.

Complete control of all dispatching functions have gone full mobile. You can use our iOS and Android apps to Dispatch and Moderate as a dispatcher. No need to be at a computer. Our database is full cloud. Information accessible from anywhere and or any device with an internet connection.
